No. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept any returned items. There are two adult size masks - Regular size mask fits face measurement of 10.5 inches to 12 inches, and XL size mask fits face measurement of 13 inches and more. We provide two zip ties to shorten the elastic ear loops if they are too long.

All masks are made with 100% cotton for breathable and comfortable experience. They have filter pockets, nose wire, and adjustable elastic ear loops.

The masks have filter pockets for additional filters. HEPA filters are available for purchase from my shop (http://FantasticCraftsBySue.ecrater.com)

We are carefully packaging the products to prevent any damage during the shipment process. Most of the products (except for real eggshell ornaments) are non-breakable. Please contact us for an authorized identification if any of the real eggshell ornaments got damaged during the shipment.
